Marketing Director for Global Medical Device Business within Critical Care treatment technology.
The Marketing Director will be working on new business, the profitability of the newly launched products along with demonstrating growth in line with agreed Sales targets. The remit will also involve penetrating and winning new market share by designing strategic development of marketing programmes / targeted campaigns and innovative sales initiatives across all Global regions.
Marketing Director will manage the multicultural/complex Global teams in the all office regions. Proposing pricing model, product positioning, detailed marketing plans, specific product marketing, Product expert to the wider business offering full support where necessary. The Marketing Director must have clinical marketing experience, to confidently undertake the successful commercial launch and introduction of exciting new products. In all aspects of the product lifecycle you will be expected to bring new and improved technology to market offering the full management of life cycle products, whilst working in close collaboration with the wider Global Teams.
Substantial experience in a Global Leadership / Marketing role.
Persistent and persuasive behaviour to drive cross functional collaboration.
Role Model in creating and building the highest levels of client relationships.
Marketing Director needs to Inspire Product confidence with infectious enthusiasm of Product vision and benefits to patients and all stakeholders.
The Marketing Director must be an Entrepreneurial Leader, pervasive and motivational business lead for the Global Product Team!
Demonstrate excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to travel extensively in the role to all sites.
